The location was great for exploring. it had beautiful views of the bay. We loved that. the hotel offered tours to capri and the amalfi coast, i recommend them. the staff greeted us with a welcome drink because it was my birthday! the cleaning lady and breakfast lady were also great.
The hotel is up a bit of a hill. It was not a big deal for us, but i can see how it might be difficult for some.

Staff members were super friendly and helpful. they helped us with restaurant suggestions. they even allowed a slightly later check-out at no extra cost. It was thoughtful.

The hotel is a fifteen-minute walk from the city center. the location provides beautiful views of the gulf and vesuvius. the walk is manageable. It is a bit uphill, but very pleasant.

The breakfast included freshly made italian cakes every morning. one of the cakes was ciambelone. It was delicious. there were several options. I always found something i liked.

The hotel has an amazing terrace with beautiful sunsets. the room was very spacious. the room was also very clean. I appreciated it. the balcony with sea view was the highlight.
